How do I sell my items?
Schedule your item(s) to get picked up for photoshoot. We will

What are your condition standards?
We accept items in very good or like new condition. Clothing should be dry cleaned and freshly laundered, with handbags emptied and cleaned. Shoes should be wiped down and cleaned and home décor are clean and wiped down.

How long will it take for my listing to be live?
We do our best to list and promote your item(s) within 48 hours.

How do I get paid?

When do I get paid after my item has been purchased?
Within 7 business days after the buyer confirms receiving and satisfaction of their order

Do you hold on to the items until it gets sold?
A notification and email will be sent once your item has been sold to arrange a courier pick up

What if I don’t know how much to list the price for?

How long does it take to sell my item?
We require you to list with us for 90 days. Of course it is both of our interest to sell at the highest possible price within the shortest time to ensure sellers are getting paid as soon as possible. Our pricing are based on item type, condition, age and algorithms.

Who pays for taxes and shipping?
The buyerUnless the seller missed their pick up window for the item, they have to pay a rescheduling fee with the courier
