- Enter your details and address for shipping

- Confirm your order
- You will receive an email confirming your order
- You will receive an email once seller has scheduled their pick up to confirm
- You will receive an notification and email for your delivery date

Nextdoor Closet is a localized marketplace app - should you reside outside of the areas specified, please contact us to arrange shipment.

You must go to your app to confirm your order upon receiving with a satisfaction rating - 24 hours of receiving your order.

Selling
- Download and open the NDC app
- Set up your profile (quick 30 second tutorial video will be available)
- Use your phone to take pictures of your items you want to sell with our NDC upload guidelines
- Check the appropriate category, size, color, brand, boxes
- Input your desired selling price (and the original price if available)
- Select sell now or list now button
- NDC specialist will approve your item
- You’ll receive a notification your item is now LIVE
- You’ll receive an email and notification once your item has been sold with pick up scheduling.
- Once your item has been picked up and delivered, the buyer has 1 business day to confirm the order and their satisfaction
- Get Paid
We accept items in very good or like new condition. Clothing should be dry cleaned and freshly laundered, with handbags emptied and cleaned. Shoes should be wiped down and cleaned and home décor are clean and wiped down.
If you’ve already created a listing and you’re wondering when it will be live, this usually takes up to 24 hours but could take up to 48 hours.

We want to ensure our community all over the world can buy and sell pre-loved items with total confidence. That’s why we carefully review each listing to check that:
The item’s description accurately matches the provided photographs
The item fits our selection criteria, including condition, brand, style, and current demand.
The proposed sale price is in line with the item’s condition and description. If necessary, we’ll be in touch to discuss the price at which you have listed your item.
Once these initial checks have been made, our team will post your listing.

Check your email (including spam folders) to see if our teams have contacted you to ask for any missing information.

Within 7 business days after the buyer confirms receiving and satisfaction of their order
You hold on to your items yourself. A notification and email will be sent once your item has been sold to arrange a courier pick up

We require you to list with us for 90 days. Of course it is both of our interest to sell at the highest possible price within the shortest time to ensure sellers are getting paid as soon as possible. Our pricing are based on item type, condition, age and algorithms.
Every listing is verified by our Curation Team before being published online.
Once your listing has been submitted, you are still able to change any information by:

To make sure your listing looks its best and includes all the information you want your buyer to know, take your time and enter as much detail as possible before submitting it for review!
The buyer
Unless the seller missed their pick up window for the item, they have to pay a rescheduling fee with the courier

Business Selling
Option to sell excess excess inventory discreetly, including off and old season assortments, broken size runs, samples and slightly damaged items.
Decreased commission for high-volume sales - where you have full negotiation on pricing structures.
We will handle EVERYTHING, simply let us know if you require specific information, and we will handle the rest

Within 7 business days after the buyer confirms receiving and satisfaction of their order
Your inventory remains with you, if it does not sell the listings will expire at no cost. Should you request items to be delisted before expiry, additional fees may incur.

Nextdoor Closet is an inclusive space - anyone can apply, however we reserve the right reject applications with no requirement to provide reasoning.
We consider applications based on shared values and brand identities, follower engagements, amount of followers, location (must be a BC, Vancouver or Vancouver Island Resident).
WE DO NOT discriminate applicants based on: colour, age, race, religion or income.
We offer the highest in the industry;
80% payback on items priced $300+
100% payback on items $300 and under
*in order to earn these commissions, we ask that you promote Nextdoor Closet on a scheduled basis.
